Oulu is the silicon valley of Finland and home to the famous Nokia Company. Here the techno parks are called techno polis and the facilities inside are amazing.

We also visited the University of Oulu. What is amazing about Finnish educational system is that it is absolutely free, even for international students. In fact, the universities are hoping to get students from India as they have a great regard for Indian technical excellence and quality.
