| Pullumedu is located 43 kms from Thekkady Town. The famous Sree Ayyappa Temple at Sabarimala and the Makara Jyothi illuminations at the shrine are visible from Pullumedu hills. Pullumedu is part of the restricted forest zone. It need special permission to visit pullumedu which has to be obtained from the Wildlife Preservation Officer Thekkady. |
