St.Francis Assisi wanted to experience the first Christmas in his life, so he kept cows, sheeps etc and realized the real spirit of Christmas. The symbolic presentation of crib brings the atmosphere of Jesus’ birth. Making crib is an inevitable custom in our time, by doing it we also experience the situation in which Jesus was born and it was a poverty surrounded area. A Christmas crib reminds us of respecting the people who are in the miserable poverty and value the life of everyone. |
