For all gifts prize, the winners shall be informed by e-mail and the same will be published in jeevan4u.com.
For those who are not able to collect the gift in person, the corresponding amount shall be credited to the bank account of the winner (ONLY in case, the winner is an NRI).
The winner should also send a valid proof for identity to make the transaction possible.
No further claims shall be made based on the contest, once the contest is over.
The winner should provide a passport size photo to be published in the site upon claiming his/her prize.
Jeevan4u.com is having full rights to alter the conduct of the programme the start and end deadlines of the contest and shall be the ultimate decision maker relating the whole conduct of the programme.
The courier charges and other service charges will be deducted from the total prize amount.
All legal follow-ups based on the contest is valid only under Kottayam jurisdiction.
